• Account info: phone number, nickname, password (stored encrypted)
• Birth data: birth year/month/day/hour/minute and birthplace, used for chart calculation
• Usage records: requests for charts, divination and reports, and result summaries
• Payment info: order amount and payment status (no bank-card details are stored)
• Access info: IP address and User-Agent, used for risk control and logging

We use your information only to:

• Provide core services such as chart casting, report generation and AI readings
• Show your history, points ledger and membership status
• Handle referral commission settlement and order processing
• Improve product quality (using aggregated, anonymized data)
• Prevent fraudulent sign-ups, abuse and security incidents

• Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes; we cannot see your original password
• All API requests are encrypted over HTTPS
• Sessions use JWT tokens that expire after 30 days by default
• Sensitive fields (phone) are masked on display, e.g. 138****1234
• Data is stored on servers located in mainland China

This platform uses Alibaba Cloud's Qwen large language model for readings and report generation. Your chart data is sent to the Qwen API as part of the prompt and is handled per Qwen's official privacy policy. We do not use your data to train any AI model.

• Access: view all history and account info under "Account"
• Export: download all your data (JSON) via /api/auth/export-data
• Delete: close your account in Account or via /api/auth/delete-account
• Edit: contact support to change your nickname and other profile details

We only store your login token and a user cache in the browser's localStorage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

This platform uses the following third-party services:

• Alibaba Cloud Qwen (AI large language model)
• Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud (servers & CDN)
• WeChat / Alipay (payment gateways, triggered only on purchase)

This platform does not offer services to children under 14. If you are under 14, please use it only with a guardian present; otherwise, do not register or use it.

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be announced on the home page or by email. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated policy.
