Welcome to the Life Holdings platform (the “Platform”). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to all of these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not register or use the Platform.

All content on this Platform — BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Liu Yao, Qi Men Dun Jia, Mei Hua Yi Shu, Da Liu Ren and more — belongs to traditional Chinese culture and is provided for cultural reference, entertainment, learning and self-reflection only, and does not constitute any specific decision-making advice.

• Does not predict specific life events
• Does not constitute professional medical, legal, investment or marital advice
• Makes no guarantee of accuracy of any result
• Any decision based on the Platform's content is at your own risk

• The Platform is invite-only; you cannot register without a valid invite code
• One phone number may register only one account; do not register on behalf of others
• Keep your password safe; losses from a leaked account are your responsibility
• Contact us immediately if you discover your account has been compromised
• We may suspend accounts that violate the rules (including bulk registration, order fraud and deception)

• Sign-up bonus points and check-in reward points are virtual benefits and cannot be cashed out
• Paid memberships and point packs are non-refundable except as required by law
• You enjoy the corresponding benefits during the membership term; access reverts to free after expiry
• Referral commissions settle on actual order amounts; refunded orders reverse the related commission

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform's content for illegal purposes or in ways that offend public morals
• Attack or damage the Platform or other users in any way
• Falsify data, fake transactions or place fraudulent orders
• Scrape, resell or copy the Platform's content without authorization
• Impersonate others or register under someone else's identity

The intellectual property in the Platform's chart algorithms, AI reading models, UI design, classic-text annotations and all other content belongs to the Platform. You may use the personal reports you generate for your own study and reference, but may not use them commercially or copy them at scale without authorization.

We may adjust, suspend or terminate some or all services as operations require. We are not liable for service interruptions not caused by the Platform.

We may amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be announced on the home page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation; failing that, by litigation in the court where the Platform operator is located.
